Tires . . . hopefully your only interface with the trail!

What's the stock tire size?

The most common stock tire is a 225/55/17 [I need to verify this] If your Subaru has 18" wheels then the size is . . . .

What's the largest tire I can fit?

Connect with fellow travelers and share your experiences on our platform. Our community is passionate about exploring, and we want you to be a part of it.

What do those numbers mean?

The first number is the width of the tire expressing in mm. The last number is the diameter of wheel that will fit, expressing in inches. The middle number is the aspect ratio of height to width. The larger the number, the taller the tire, for a given width. You can convert any tire size to inches and also compare sizes with this useful website.

I have not finished this page

Sorry, still working . . .
